Rototoms

Some dude in England actually made a website for this Roto-enhanced kit.

Rototoms

Rototoms are a unique piece of percussion designed by Remo Drums as a way for drummers to change the pitch of the drum while playing. But the truth is, they are often employed by low income drummers to do one of four things:

a) add cheap additional tom-toms for playing Rush songs

b) add inexpensive girth to a drum kit used for on-stage demolition

c) to make a small drum set sound bigger (example: "I have a 13 piece drum kit, so therefore I am indeed a better drummer than you")

d) to play "Dark Side of the Moon"

I dont have any Rototoms, but someday, I hope to construct a 200 piece drumset made entirely of Rototoms and the drumset to my left. It will be called..........
